Ralph Jones is the principal and president of Twin City Commercial Brokerage, Inc. bringing the valuable experience from his continued commercial success into this business. Ralph is a native of Greensboro, NC and attended the University of North Carolina at Greensboro before venturing into the business sector.

Ralph has been involved with commercial real estate and development in various capacities for more than 6 years. Before moving into commercial real estate, Ralph worked for a fortune 500 company in upper management. During this period, Ralph developed a personal model for success which helped his business reach a level of annual sales over $5 million for 8 consecutive years. Throughout the years, Ralph has developed and refined an exceptional quality of experience in commercial investment real estate and land development.

Drew Showfety brings a strong background in commercial real estate. He is a natural with his family being active in the real estate industry for nearly 80 years serving as developers, brokers and property management. Drew's experience includes assignments with CB Richard Ellis and Carter & Associates - Oncor.

Drew is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) A CCIM is a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. A CCIM is an invaluable resource to the commercial real estate owner, investor, and user, and is among an elite corps of 7,500 professionals across North America who hold the CCIM designation.

Drew is a native of Greensboro and graduated from North Carolina State University with a B.A. in Business Administration. Drew also holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Appalachian State University.

Matt Diachenko joined Twin City Commercial Brokerage, Inc. in January 2008 bringing a lot of energy to our commercial real estate market. He is a graduate of College of Charleston and has been a licensed broker since 2007. Born and raised in Greensboro, he has a strong knowledge of the Triad. Before entering into brokerage, Matt practiced real estate as a project manager for First Coast Homes in Charleston, SC.

Brad Gregory joined Twin City Commercial Brokerage, Inc. in May 2008. Brad is a native of Richmond, Virginia and received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Campbell University. After graduating, Brad returned to Richmond and started his real estate career with J. Marvin Gregory, Inc. Through his efforts, the company doubled its business in less than two years and became a major player in the residential and commercial markets.

Brad was a Richmond Association of Realtors Distinguished Achiever from 1992-2004, a member of the Board of Directors for the Richmond Association of Realtors, chairman of the Grievance Committee, and member of the Bon Air Preservation Society. Brad is also a Certified Real Estate Broker in the state of North Carolina and the Commonwealth of Virginia, a member of the National Real Estate Buyer's Counsel, and a graduate of the Real Estate Institute of Virginia.

Brad brings experience in development, historic renovations, condominium conversions, commercial and residential construction, and real estate brokerage.
